…Have you ever asked yourself when exactly you can drop down your pencil or your brush saying “I am done!”?…
Actually, I had never found a real answer inside of me for this question.
It’s something like a romantic affair; at a certain point you come to an end where one more line will be lethal to your drawing. One more line can change everything, before that line everything was perfect and after that line everything is wrong (Depeche mode?! Exactly.).
On that paper you have done your best, you gave every piece of you and you can’t give anymore. Here comes the question:
Am I not giving anymore just because I am lazy or because I have nothing more to give and I am empty?
If i give more time and dedication to my drawing, it may get better.
If I put more colours, my painting may look more deep and elegant… May I become a better artist?
Deep in my heart I know something, there is a point where you have to stop so you can protect the beauty you have created.
